Performance event with light

This exhibition is the result of 5 annual programs “Light Art”. “Light Art” program at the end of every Iranian year; With the inspiration of the ceremony of Charanbash Suri; It is held internationally with the efforts of Arta Institute. The artistic director of this program, Tara Guderzi, is one of the artists active in the field of performance art and environmental art, whose professional career began in 2015, and the executive management and international department of this program is under the responsibility of Razia Guderzi, who is active in the field of performance art and She is a photographer who started his activity in the field of art management in 1993.
An exhibition of these works was opened in front of Ohio University, at the Khorramabad Literature Center, on March 21, 2016. In this exhibition, with the very good cooperation of the head of the literature center; Mr. Karmi; was held, 15 video arts were displayed on 9 monitors and a 20-minute video in a room equipped with projection, and also 33 photos of artists’ performances were installed on the walls of the center’s two-story halls.
To participate in this event, artists can display their works in any place they want; in the field of light art; perform and send it in the form of a photo or video, and the artists present in Lorestan choose a special place in this province every year and prepare their works for this event together with them, and the institute tries to The reason for this event is to represent the ancient and natural places of Lorestan and also for the artists to have experience in presenting their works with the amazing medium of light and working in the field of light art. Light art is an art in which the main tool used by the artist to present his work is light. In this field, artists present their works in the form of installations, light sculptures, performance, performance art, video, video art, painting, graffiti, etc. outside or inside the gallery. Artists who choose light as the main medium of their work often use flashlights, ordinary lamps, moonlight, projectors, LED lamps, 3D projections, multimedia and … they use to present their works and the use of fire or molten coal is seen more often in the works of environmental artists and artists in the field of performance art.
